Warehousing

A simple warehouse system that keeps track of your inventory.
Little or no preparations are necessary, you (and your client) can start right away.
Some of the features are:

• Product location registration.
• Product groups.

• Daily in/out log to calculate warehouse costs.
• Online, web-based order entry.
• Picking lists and pick-entry forms.
• Shipment booking, planning and dispatch.
• TMS export module for external transport planning and bookings.
• WMS export module for external (client) warehouse systems.
• Cross docking option.
• Automated delivery notification.

  • Backoffice -> Warehouse

How to start

• Start by entering some warehouse Locations (Add or edit locations)
• Enter some products (Add or edit products)
• Use the Correct stock button in the product entry form to enter an initial stock level
• Enter a receipt order (Enter a receipt order)
• Check the quantity Expected in the inventory list (Inventory list)
• Go to the list of receipt orders (Show receipt/delivery orders)
• Print a receipt list (Print a receipt list)
• Edit the receipt order and set the status to Received (Edit a receipt order)
• Check that the quantity Available in the inventory list has increased (Inventory list)
• Enter a delivery order (Enter a delivery order)
• Check the quantity Allocated in the inventory list (Inventory list)
• Go to the list of delivery orders (Show receipt/delivery orders)
• Print a Pick list (Print a picklist)
• Edit the delivery order and set the status to Picked (Edit a delivery order)
• Check that the quantity Available in the inventory list has decreased (Inventory list)
