User involvement inside the quotation system.

User types

• By default, customers are defined as level 10- or 11-users.
  In the carriers Front Office they are able:
  
  • to create Requests for Quotations.
  • to check their actual and former requests.
• From their Back Office, staff 20+users can sent quotes to their requesters.
• Note: Cargo Office creators can built options to register quotes from unknown users as well. If interested use Bug Tracking to sent Cargo Office Programmers this request.
