Advantages of using Report System

When using the report system instead of e-mail or phone contact, you are sure:

• Your report will be answered faster and more adequate, because the Report System is read by a group of programmers (as well as by a group of Backoffice-users).
• Answers you receive will be more correctly, because your question has found its way to the correct desk/person sooner.
• Programmer's work is not interrupted by distracting mails or telephone calls.
• Report information does not get lost, but can always be tracked inside the Report System. You built your own knowledge archive. This is useful when you want to share your knowledge with others inside your company.
