Documents after submitted orders

  • After submitting an order from the order entry form (no batch), the screen below is shown.
  • Customers are able to print stickers or BOL documents.

  • 1. This trackingnumber is a unique number. All along the logistical chain, shipments can be followed by using this number. More information, see: Track & Trace documentation.
    The screen on the left side is template based. For more information about these templates, see: Order accept templates.
  • 2. By using "Booking", booking details concerning this order are printed.
    This is a template based form. It is possible to have another template printed. This can even be different per customer. For more information see: BOL templates.
  • 3. By using "Sticker", every collo of this order is printed. Stickers can be attached on all collo's of each shipment. Stickers also have barcodes and thus can be scanned.

    • This is a template based form. It is possible to have another template printed. This can even be different per customer. For more information see: Sticker templates.
  • 4. By using "CMR", a CMR is displayed which you are able to print.
    • This is a template based form. Different options are possible. For more information see: CMR templates.
  • 5. The continue button brings the user back to the orderentry form, to insert a new order.
