Output email address

• For every shipment that has been entered an output can be sent to a specified destination.
• By default the output is sent to an email address, but we can also sent it by FTP, SFTP, API, etc.
• By default we sent a CSV output, that can be easily saved in a spreadsheet / Excel application, but we can also sent it in a XML or other format.
  
  • In the past we have created dozens of output formats to existing TMS, CMS, FMS, WMS, ERP, etc systems.

Company details

• Potential business partners are able to view your company details. The credibility and quality of your company will be rewarded better if you keep these details updated.
• All company details connected with your user account are displayed here.
• If you want to change address details, contact details, destination details, equipment details or other information about your company, do it here.

Active Job grid columns

Here you can modify the active job grid columns.

• It's possible to add any field from the order entry form in a column.
• If you are looking for a specific field name, ask the programmers desk, by using the option Feedback in your menu.

Statusses

You can change the status of a shipment to a number of preset status codes.

• The default status is orderentry or batchentry
• A staff user can change the status to any other code or text by using the + symbol in front of earlier entered shipments.
