Country names

The country names you can select in the CMR entry form. (sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 16).

Here you can change your company details, like your company name, address etc.

Shipments grid columns

Here you can modify the shipments grid columns.

• The name before = , is your column name
• The value behind = , is the internal field name
• If you are looking for a specific field name, ask the programmers desk, by using the option Feedback in your CMRprint.com menu.

Addresses

CMRprint remembers pickup ande delivery addresses you use in the CMRprint entry form so that you can easily select them if you want to use them again.

• You can check all addresses that are remembered by CMRprint and change or remove them.
  
  • p (pick-up) and d (delivery addresses are automatically remembered whenever you have added them once in the CMR-entry form.
  • s (shipper or transporter) addresses you have to add manually before you can select them from the [ select an address ] functionality.

Statusses

You can change the status of a CMR (or shipment) to a number of preset status codes.

• The default status is CMRentry, and if you change an earlier CMR then the status will be changed into _CMRchange.
• But you can change the status to any other code or text you like by using the + symbol in front of earlier entered CMRs.
