  • Statuscodes and actions can be found:
    • Backoffice -> Track & trace system -> Shipment Statuses and Actions
    • Backoffice -> Shipments -> Shipment Statuses and Actions
  • In general there are three parties you would like to notify:
    • The receiving party (as well as the pick up location): to let them know the time you think you will be knocking on their door.
    • Your customers : to tell them about the progress of your shipment and the exact delivery time.
    • Your own planning desk.
For the planning desk a driver status list can be created.

  • Note:
There is also an option to add your own domain name as reply address.
This way you are able to advertise your services and makes it easier for clients to contact you.
This option involves some programming and extra costs. If interested contact Cargo Office programmers by using your Report system.
  • If desired an invoice can be sent automatically by status POD.

Next: Add the required messages to each stage of the diagram
