Freight entry templates

  • The freight entry template is used for sending new freight offers to the freight exchange system you are using.
  • The same template is also used for modifying an existing freight offer.
  • This template can be found in:
    • Frontoffice -> Freight Exchange -> Post Freight
    • Backoffice -> Freight Exchange -> Post Freight

Extra functions

  • A user has the ability to modify an existing offer from his overview of offers by using the edit-button.
  • Depending on the Cargo Office administrator wishes a custom built template can be created.
  • Inside a template certain scripts could be created, e.g.:
    • specific checks on fields (e.g.: if fields are filled correctly or not).
    • certain popup windows could be called with values you can control from your parameter settings.

Specific requests

  • It is possible to add/delete specific fieldnames.
  • Before contacting your supplier or sending us a request by using your bug tracking system, check the fieldnames you want to add/delete.
  • It is also possible to create templates in different languages.

Default template

  • This is the default template which most companies are using as a starting point.
