Weekly downloads as csv
Depending on the configuartion of your Cargo Office, this functionality can be found as part of your track & trace system inside your Backoffice.
1. Week and year of orders inside the history system.
2. The amount of orders inside timeframe of 1).
3. The "from -> to" dates of the week named in 1).
4. The excel button downloads all orders concerning this particulair week.
This is a csv-download (comma separated value) and is easily to import inside spreadsheet systems like Excel or openOffice.
These files can be saved on a local computer or on a network. All values of database fields concerning these orders are sent.
It is up to the company's administrator how to store this information, where to keep it and what to show of it.
