- The reporting screens are showing information about the carrier usage of the Cargo Office system.

Currently there are five screens available, depending on the systems you are using:
- 1. Shipments per month.
Totalisation of all shipments that were active during the previous months. The last month shows the actual amount on this day.
- 2. Shipments updates per Month.
- Shipments could be updated by different applications, e.g.: modifying through orderentry screen, modifying by status actions, updates from TMS-applications, etc.
- Every update process creates an action load into the database. In this graphic all updates are registered.
- In Cargo Office a fair use policy is used of maximum 5 uploads per shipment.
- Shipment updates are registered in the month of commencement of the shipment.
- Cargo Office orders can be updated as long as the order is available for updating, in general this period is six weeks. So there is a chance that the amount of shipment updates of the previous listed months may change in time, though in general after 3 months this effect will be faded out.
- 3. SMS In.
This graphic shows the incomming messages:
- by sms
- by use of dotcodes in on-board computer, pda, smartphone and other devices or applications.
- Note: by use of specific applications there is often a huge free amount of incomming messages included.
- 4. SMS Out.
This graphic shows the amount of outgoing SMS messages.
- 5. Disk Usage.
- Overview of maximum amount of Giga Bytes. The last month shows the actual maximum amount as per today.
- Displayed values are the assigned maximum disk quota in Gb.
- Every Cargo Office Document Server Subscription comes with 1 Gb free data storage.
- With the passage of every next Gb Cargo Office charges approx. 10 euro extra.
- This excludes the order data, but concerns data used for documentation storage, signatures, pictures, templates, etc.
- All documents are stored on a specific document server in the cloud.
- 6. Document Server.
