Track & Trace customized templates


About

  • There are many different parties in the transport chain, e.g.: consignors, transporters, receivers, etc.
  • All these parties want information about their shipment, but are demanding different type of information and often presented in a different style.
  • Available are communication options to sent data, but also look and feel options in form of different search set-ups or templates.
  • Keep in mind we also offer the opportunity to create your own template.
  • Do note our notification software to sent track and trace messages to different types of users.

Where to find

  • Front Office -> Track & Trace -> Track & Trace
  • In your FC-connected FTP environment, in map: data/signatures.
  • Somewhere on the internet embedded in a webpage or dashboard.
