Functionality is only available for Level 20+ users, because only transportation staff is able to create quotes.

   1 All fields displayed here are the same as in the Quotation Form ( [[TemplatesRfq][see: default RFQ template]]). <br />When opening this form values are displayed that already had been entered by the requester.
   1 All fields displayed here are the same as are known inside the [[ProfitLoss][profit/loss form]].<br />The profit/loss form is part of the transport (order-entry) template.<br />In these fields carrier staff is able to add charges and costs to this order.
   1 The totals of charges and costs are calculated.<br />
      * These totals are also displayed inside the [[QuotationActive][quotation overview #6]].
      * The total charges amount is the actual quote that [[QuotationSending][will be communicated]] towards the requester.
      * All details filled in here, can also be controlled later on inside the profit/loss form. [[ProfitLoss][The profit/loss form]] is part of the [[OrderentryStart][order-entry form]] and can be used when this quotation order is transferred into a transport order.
   1 When modifying this form, the user is restricted to fill in a new status.<br />
      * When the carrier employee wants to sent a quote, he needs to choose [[QuotationStatuses][status RFQquote]], then a [[QuotationSending][quote sending procedure]] will start automatically.
      * Carrier administrator has the ability to control, add and modify [[QuotationStatuses][statuses and actions]].
   1 The staff user needs to choose an expiration date for the quote that will be communicated to the requester. <br />
      * This will make it impossible for the requester to sent a respond to the quote after the expiration date.
      * The expiration date is also displayed on the [[TemplatesQuoteDetails][Quote Request Details]] and [[TemplatesQuoteMail][Quote Mail Form]].
   1 When this form is submitted with status RFQquote, a [[QuotationSending][quote sending procedure]] will start automatically.
