• Feedback templates are part of the Customer Feedback System.
• Feedback Report is used by Back Office Users to receive feedback of their customers per shipment.

Where to find

• The actual HTML template is found at:
  
  • Carriers' FTP-environment: /data/templates/
  • Or stationed at Cargo Office servers

Different templates

• Per carrier different templates can be created.
• On request Cargo Office Programmares are able to create different templates per customer.

• This is the default template which is implemented from the beginning.

• This is a custom made template. Additional costs may apply with implementation.
