Where to find:

• The statusform template is found when clicking the change status button in your overview of active orders.
  The change status button is the blue button with the white plus sign.

General description of Order accept Templates

• With help of the statusform template a user is able to change the status of a selected shipment.

• Statusform are part of the track & trace system.

• Depending on the cargoOffice administrator wishes a custom built template can be created.
  If desired send us a request by using your bug tracking system.
• It is also possible to create templates in different languages.

• For different kind of transport companies, different kinds of templates can be created.
• If you like to have a template custom built, have a look at the default template.

Default template

• This is the default template which most carriers are using as a starting point.
