   * By default, customers are defined as level 10- or 11-users. <br />In the carriers Front Office they are able:<br />
      * to create [[QuotationForm][Requests for Quotations]].
      * [[QuotationActive][to check their actual and former requests]].
   * From their Back Office, staff 20+users can sent quotes to their requesters.
   * _Note:_ Cargo Office creators can built options to register quotes from unknown users as well. If interested use [[BugtrackingDocumentation][Bug Tracking]] to sent Cargo Office Programmers this request.
