Where to find

• The profit loss form is attached to your orderentry form. Often it is the first tab on the left upper corner of your orderentry screen.

General description of the profit loss template

• For every order a profit loss form can be generated.
• Profit loss forms could also be used for billing

Extra functions

• Depending on the cargoOffice administrators wishes we can:
  • add/deduct rows for charges.
  • add/deduct rows for costs.
• Per customer a different template can be created.
• It is also possible to create templates in different languages.
• If you like to have a template custom built, have a look to the default template below. We will use this a starting point.

Default template

• This is the default template which most companies are using as a starting point.
• Note: how to use this template is described in ProfitLoss.
