The parameter cmrType can be found at:
   * Backoffice -&gt; Settings -&gt; Parameters -&gt; Order Entry, table: cmrType
---+++++ How to use:
   * Parameter cmrType specifies which type of CMR template is used.
   * This parameter is only active in combination with HTML output.
   * Currently, there are three types of values available:<br />
      1 CMR : default type, two coloured pages pre-printed
      1 CMR_4_copies : four coloured pages pre-printed
      1 CMRblank : only output is printed, there are no pre-printed pages. This option is often used with parameter cmrBlock
