Ordercopy Templates

  • The ordercopy template can be sent to a particulair email address.
  • Inside the ordercopy template all available shipmentvalues can be printed. We can make it look similar as the booking details.
  • Note: the ordercopy is only sent for shipments created in the web-interface, so not for EDI-imports.

Where to find

  • This template is displayed in an email sent to a selected email address.

Extra functions

  • Depending on the Cargo Office administrator wishes a custom built template can be created.
  • To which address and customer the template is sent can be organised from parameters, tables: ordercopyemailAddress and ordercopyType.
  • Per customer a new template can be created.
  • Per customer multiple email-adresses sent-addresses can be added.

Specific requests

  • Specific templates are often created for specific customers, using specific fields.
  • The amount of templates that can be added, is unlimited.
  • Before contacting your supplier or sending us a request by using your bug tracking system, check the fieldnames you want to add/delete.
  • It is also possible to create templates in different languages.

Default template

  • This is the default template which most companies are using as a starting point.
