About
- With contacts you can archive all your professionals from the transportation industry.
- Basically it has the same logic as Whats App.
- But then more: you can do business with them.
- To your list you can add a specific user or a group of users.
- To every user or group in your list you can send a message or a Request for Quotation.
- Currently more than 17.000 companies are part of this network.

- From Cargo Office -> Back Office -> Community Tools -> Contacts
- From several other related Freecargo Products, e.g.: FreeCargo and TransportCommander

Example Contacts
- 1. Add contacts to your list.
- Just type in somebodies name email address or company.
- The system first searches inside the network. Then it gives you suggestions.
- Or you can invite a new contact by typing an email address.
- People you have added to your list will receive an invitation.
- 2. Contacts that you have added to your list.
- The color of the image clarifies if this contact has accepted your invitation.
- Users are able to decline the invitation.
- With every invitations recipients have the option to opt out and not to receive more invitations from the network.
- It's possible to block specific users to contact you.
- 3. By clicking on the small black triangle you can perform an action.
- You can sent a Request For Quotation.
- You can sent an email.
- You can delete this user from your contacts.
- 4. You can create a group in which you can add contacts of your choice.
- For example all contacts you know that are transporting goods to France with temperature controlled material.
By performing one action you are able to reach the whole group.
- 5. Examples of created groups.
- By clicking on the group name you'll see all participants and options.
