• When using the backoffice settings, display and input of your backoffice can be adjusted.

• Translation of user field names to Danish.

• The present Back Office consits of different blocks with numerous menu-items. The amount of menu-items per block can be regulated with the amount as described in content.

• A display option in the parameter overviews. it groups parameters with the same name, so it can creater a more easy to handle overview.

schedular

• See 7. at above screenshot.
• The schedular could be used to call certain programs to start excuting on a defined time.
  These programs are often cronjobs. Iniatilly created by programmers, but placed inside this parameter, so administraters are able to modify time and customer settings for these specific programs.

timeZoneOffset

• See 8. at above screenshot.
• All time notifications which are used in the Cargo Office software is derived from UTC-time. How much your cargoOffice time differs from UTC time you can regulate in the content of this table.
  Note: when you are log in into a Cargo Office which has a different time than your local time, a question could pop up if you want to change the current Cargo Office time. Please note this will effect timesettings for all newly inserted shipments.

userColumns

• Collumn definitions as displayed in user overview .
• By using an hashtag before the word you deactivated the collumn and make it hidden.
• If you want other columns displayed, than please contact Cargo Office Programmers.
