About Order Entry

  • Order entry is used by transport companies to digitalize their order data.
  • Orderentry is beneficial for everybody inside the logical chain. Everybody will win on time and cutting costs on telephone calls and fax processes.
  • There is an unlimited amount of customers that can use your order entry screens.
  • Different transfer methods are supported, numerous connections with TMS and planning-software realized.

What's more

  • All imported orderdata is sent by email to the respective transport company.
  • Orderdata can be sent to the company's Transport Management System. Some import standards for TMS-systems have been realised (contact your supplier), other import-modules can be made.
  • Customers are able to create numerous addresses per shipment through batch.
  • If a shipment has arrived into your Cargo Office, several other things can be done with it, ie:

    • track & trace shipments
