About Customers

General description of customers

• Every user is linked with a customer.
• For every user the field CustomerID has to be filled.
• Per customerID you can add an unlimited amount of users.
• CustomerID is a mandatory field and used inside a lot of programs running inside the Cargo Office.
• We prefer you use numbers when filling a customerID, allthough the field is alphanummeric and could contain letters.
• Note: It is not allowed to use blank space inside a customerID.
• Instead of showing an ID it is possible to use other fieldnames for customers; therefore see: all our current transport order fields.
