Recommended status color scheme

• The new status action entry form allows a color setting for the planning board inside dispatch system, see: Planning board.
• This is the recommended color scheme for the different shipment statuses:

   ▲ pick-up not ok

   ▼ delivery with remarks   (#FF9900)
