How to response or cancel a report.
Where to find
- Go to your Report System: Back Office -> Cargo Office settings-> Feedback and Report System
- You are only able to respond for reports labelled "R". Click this blue R-button.
Send a response
- 1. Report type
- 2. Report priority
- 3. Monitor of this report
- 4. Report name
- 5. Original report description
- 6. All answers and responses concerning this report.
- 7. When the programmers desk is waiting for an answer, cargooffice users can repond from here.
We have allready displayed the current date and time.
- 8. When status of this report is "Wait", "Response" or "Sleeping" Cargo Office users are able to cancel this report by clicking this link and change the status into "cancelled".
