Search Historical Order in Active Shipments
About
- Historical orders can be viewed inside active shipments.
- Archived orders can not be modified.
Where to find
- Access is restricted for users of system trackhistory
- See: Back Office -> Settings and Management -> Users
How it works
- 1. You are able to search by "Month", "Period" or "Preset".
You can use "Period" to search for a maximum period of 3 months.
- 2. Search for a specific order, select a column for searching.
- Note: It's not possible to edit orders from the historical system, it's only possible to view them.
