CargoOffice is community software, a collaboration area where logistics and transportation companies do business. It is a webbased suite of software created for the logistics and transportation industry. It holds the traditional Transport Management functions plus a continuously active data mining and exploration suite searching the Internet for the best deals and better prices for transport operators.

CargoOffice is open source software. Due to its complexity and connectivity requirements most users prefer to use the software from a specialized hosting environment. The main hosting provider is Loginet BV who is also responsible for the majority of the software development. Loginet uses two datacenters, the main datacenter is based in Amsterdam, next to the AMS-IX, one of the largest and fastest internet exchanges in the world.
