---++ View booking details
Booking details can be found:<br>
   * after [[OrderentryAfterSubmit][submitting an order]].
   * or from [[TracktraceOrderoverview][Active shipments]] or [[OrderentryBatchoverview][Overview Batch]].      

When clicking dossier (this could be renamed but it is often the first column) in a shipment overview screen, the booking details are shown.<br><A HREF="%ATTACHURL%/viewbookingdetails.gif"><img src="%ATTACHURLPATH%/viewbookingdetails.gif" title="View Booking Details (click for enlargement)" width="500" border="0" vspace="10"></A><br>
   * 1. Address details. This is a setting you can modify in [[ParametersOrderentryTranslation][bookingformaddress]].
   * 2. Scanable barcode.<br>
     In general this consists the trackingnumber, but we can add other inforamtion as well.
   * 3. The tracking number, read more: [[TracktraceNumber][how to use the Tracking number]].
   * 4. Different details concerning customer and shipment.
   * 5. Collect details
   * 6. Delivery details
   * 7. Goods details
   * 8. Currency and cash on delivery amount.
   * 9. Actual status of this shipment.<br>
      * If during transport the status of this shipment is changed. All statuses are listed in this field. 
      * _Note_: Booking details that are printed directly after submitting an order, do not have this status field. These bookong details have another display, see [[BolTemplates][BOL templates]].  
   * _Note_: This form is template based. In the past we've created more booking templates, see: [[BookingTemplates][Booking templates]].
