Track & Trace

  • Track & Trace allows customers and partners to follow the status of their shipments.
  • Several communication methods can be used to send new shipment statuses to the Track & Trace System: smartphones, PDA's, EDI messages, mobile data terminals, on-board computers, SMS, Twitter or simply by using the Cargo Office software.
  • The Track & Trace System can be found:
    • For company staff: Backoffice -> Tracktrace
    • For customers: Frontoffice -> Tracktrace
