   * Track & Trace allows customers and partners to follow the status of their shipments.
   * Several [[CargoofficeCommunication][communication methods]] can be used to send new shipment statuses to the Track & Trace System: smartphones, PDA's, EDI messages, mobile data terminals, on-board computers, SMS, Twitter or simply by using the Cargo Office software.
   * The Track & Trace System can be found:
      * For company staff: Backoffice -&gt; Tracktrace
      * For customers: Frontoffice -&gt; Tracktrace
