---++ Different Sticker Templates available from FTP-environment * Cargo Office administrators are able to maintain and create different HTML sticker templates per carrier. * This functionality is available within the carrier FTP directory. * Description of [[PrintStickers][stickers and labels]] * Overview of other [[StickerTemplates][sticker templates]]
Note: these templates are examples, they will not necessarily fulfill your wishes, but after implementation of a certain template you are free to modify them yourself. ---+++ Where to find: * FTP carrier directory -> data -> templates -> stickertemplate.[CN].[parameter value].htm * Parameter stickertemplate can be found at Backoffice -> Settings -> Parameters -> Orderentry * If you do not have an FTP-account yet, use [[BugtrackingDocumentation][your report system]] to request this functionality. * By default there is no sticker template installed inside your FTP-environment, you may sent us a [[BugtrackingDocumentation][request]] to do this. ---+++ How it works * Put the sticker template inside your FTP-environment, at: data -> templates -> stickertemplate.[CN].[parameter value].htm * CN is the CarrierNumber of your Cargo Office. * [parameter value] is the value after the first dot inside parameter "stickertemplate".
So if the template value is named stickertemplate.test1234, the "parameter value" that has to be used in the FTP-stickertemplate has to be named "test1234". * Per customer you are able to show different templates, e.g.: * If carrier 23456 has parameter stickertemplate: stickertemplate.special
The name of the template inside his FTP-environment has to be: stickertemplate.23456.special.htm * If carrier 56789 has parameter stickertemplate: stickertemplate.test4
The name of the template inside his FTP-environment has to be: stickertemplate.56789.test4.htm * Etc. * By using parameter stickertemplate, you are able to use the same template for multiple customers. * If you do not have a template inserted inside your FTP-environment, a default template at the Cargo Office server is shown. * You are free to create your own templates.
The fields between vertical bars inside your template are dynamic fields.
If you miss particular fields, use [[BugtrackingDocumentation][your report system]] to request other fieldnames.
If you are proud about your sticker, do tell us, we like to publish it at the current list of [[StickerTemplates][sticker templates]] * You can use parameter stickerCountType for printing stickers per different packing item. * The template in your FTP-environment is limited to HTML and CSS programming.
When you like to display other things, e.g. another barcode, specific info or printing per different packing item; this can be programmed additionally. If requested use [[BugtrackingDocumentation][your report system]]. * Specific images you are able to store in the [[imagesFTP][img-directory]]. * If you are not comfortable with HTML, you can sent a [[BugtrackingDocumentation][request]] to Cargo Office programmers to create a template conform your wishes. -- Main.RutgerRutgers - 2013-08-27
