*NOTE:* All settings are stored in a *secure and private storage area*. No one else can access this data if they don't have your log-in and password.

---++ Column settings

---++ Countries

---++ Company details

Here you can change your *company details*, like your company name, address etc.<br /> Click <a href="https://secure.cargooffice.com/click.php?action=memberEdit" target="_self">here</a> to enter.
---++ Addresses

Transport Commander *remembers* your pick-up and delivery addresses in your own secure storage area so that you can easily select them if you want to use them again.
   * You can see all the addresses that are remembered by Transport Commander and change or remove them.<br />
      * p (pick-up) and d (delivery) addresses are automatically remembered whenever you entered them in your order entry form.
   * Click <a href="https://secure.cargooffice.com/click.php?action=custadrEdit" target="_self">here</a> to see and maintain the addresses.

---++ Statuses & actions
   * The <a href="https://secure.cargooffice.com/click.php?action=statuscodeEdit" target="_self">statuses</a> you can set your shipments to.
   * See the list <a href="https://secure.cargooffice.com/click.php?action=statuscodeEdit" target="_self">here</a>.
   * The *Add action button* <img alt="button_status_1000.png" height="16" src="%ATTACHURL%/button_status_1000.png" title="button_status_1000.png" width="16" /> allows you to define *actions* that these statuses trigger.
   * You can trigger emails, send files, send notifications to carriers, subcontractors or customers,

---++ Drivers

If you have *your own drivers* you can add them here.<br />These will show up in your planning board in the dispatch module, along with your contacts.
   * Click <a href="https://secure.cargooffice.com/click.php?action=nodesAdd" target="_self">here</a> to add drivers to your planing board in the dispatch module.
   * Click <a href="https://secure.cargooffice.com/click.php?action=nodeGroupsAdd" target="_self">here</a> to add groups to label your drivers.
*Note:* External transport companies and subcontractors must be added as a <b>Contact<br /></b>( [[StartupGuideTransportCommander][see section "Add carriers" in the start-up guide]]).

---++ User Details (more users)
   * You can change your user details <a href="https://secure.cargooffice.com/authbox/userList.php" target="_self">here</a>.
   * In case you want more users (log-ins), please tell us by using the Feedback option in your !TransportCommander.com menu.
   * You can do it yourself by using the *New* button, but it is better to ask us. Specifically when you do this for the first time. We will add the new user for you and explain more about *user levels* and their capabilities.
