---++ Shipments grid columns

Here you can modify the *shipments grid columns*.
   * The name before = , is your column name
   * The value behind = , is the internal field name
   * If you are looking for a specific field name, ask the programmers desk, by using the option Feedback in your CMRprint.com menu.

---++ Drivers

*Add your drivers* if you want to sent them the eCMR to collect the signature at the delivery address.<br />These *drivers* will pop-up behind the T-image in your Shipments grid.
   * Click <a href="https://secure.cargooffice.com/click.php?action=nodesAdd" target="_self">here</a> to add drivers.
   * Click <a href="https://secure.cargooffice.com/click.php?action=nodeGroupsAdd" target="_self">here</a> to add groups to label your drivers.
*Note:* External transport companies and subcontractors must be added as a <b>Contact<br /></b>( [[StartupGuideTransportCommander][see section "Add carriers" in the start-up guide]]).
---++ Addresses

CMRprint *remembers* pickup ande delivery addresses you use in the CMRprint entry form so that you can easily select them if you want to use them again.
   * You can check all addresses that are remembered by CMRprint and change or remove them.<br />
      * p (pick-up) and d (delivery addresses are automatically remembered whenever you have added them once in the CMR-entry form.
      * s (shipper or transporter) addresses you have to add manually before you can select them from the [ select an address ] functionality.
   * Click <a href="https://secure.cargooffice.com/click.php?action=custadrEdit" target="_self">here</a> to see and maintain the addresses.
---++ Statusses

You can change the status of a CMR (or shipment) to a number of preset status codes.
   * The default status is CMRentry, and if you change an earlier CMR then the status will be changed into _CMRchange.
   * But you can change the status to any other code or text you like by using the + symbol in front of earlier entered CMRs.
