   * Go to your Report System: Backoffice -&gt; Settings and Management -&gt; Feedback and Report System <br />
      * Create a new report, by clicking: <a href="ReportAdd" target="_self">Add new Report</a>
      * Modify an earlier submitted report, by clicking: <img alt="butedit_orange.gif" height="14" src="%ATTACHURL%/butedit_orange.gif" title="butedit_orange.gif" width="14" /> edit-button
      * Send a response to the Programmers Desk, by clicking: <img alt="butresponse_orange.png" height="14" src="%ATTACHURL%/butresponse_orange.png" title="butresponse_orange.png" width="14" /> R-button.

   * 1. Information about type, priority, status, monitor and correspondent of this report.
   * 2. Original subject of this report.
   * 3. Original question of this report.
   * 4. Previous communication concerning this report.
   * 5. Option to sent another message to the programmers desk.<br />We already displayed the current date and time. We recommend you to use it.
   * 6. After submitting this report, you will be directed to "Active reports", where you can notice the status of this report has changed into "Response", alerting programmers you have sent a response.
   * 7. When not submitting a response, you can move to an overview of all your current active reports.
   * 8. When not submitting a response, you can move to an overview of all reports in which you have had communication with programmers before.<br /><br /><br />
