   * The quotation form is used by (potential) clients to enter a request for quotation.
   * The default form is based on the default order entry form, so most functionality is used by the order-entry system as well.
   * After logging in, user details of the requester are automatically shown inside the form.
   * The Cargo Office administrator is able [[ParametersQuotationDefault][to set restricts (#6)]] on certain fields inside the quotation form.
   * The quotation form is a template. On request this can be customized per carrier or even per customer.
