Pickup List Templates

• The pickup list creates an overview of all pickup-shipments per day
• Customers are able to print a list of shipment for drivers to pick up.

• Per customer different templates can be created.
• It is also possible to create templates in different languages.
• Users with level 20 and higher are able to select a particular customer when printing a pick up list.
  

Different templates

• For different types of transport, different kinds of templates have been created.
• If you like to have a template custom built, start searching below for a template that is fitting you best.
• Cargo Office administrators have the option to call, create and maintain different pickuplist templates from their own carrier ftp-environment.

Default template

• This is the default template which most carriers are using as a starting point.

Distribution template

• This is the distribution template mostly used by distributers.
  
• This template with this fields only can be created for a certain customer at a fixed price.

LTL template

• This is the LTL template mostly used by LTL transporters.
  
• This template with this fields only can be created for a certain customer at a fixed price.

Remarks template

• The remarks template can display the remarks field per shipment.
  
• This template with this fields only can be created for a certain customer at a fixed price.

Extra address details template

• Inside this template extra address details are displayed.
  
• This template with this fields only can be created for a certain customer at a fixed price.

Multiple customer template

• The multiple customer template can be used by cargoOffice staff when pickup list printing for different customers is needed.
  
• This template with this fields only can be created for a certain customer at a fixed price.

Pick-up Pallets check list template

• The template is used for customers using pallets instead of quantity (for collo, e.g.) when transporting goods.
• Note: Per Cargo Office you can use different templates for any different customer.
