Invoice print templates

  • For every order an invoice can be generated.
  • For tailer made templates, please contact your Cargo Office supplier or sent us a bug Report.

Where to find

  • The invoice form can be generated from the "To be invoiced" function at: Backoffice -> Invoicing -> To be invoiced

Extra functions

  • Per customer a different template can be created.
  • It is also possible to create templates in different languages.
  • If you like to have a template custom built, have a look at the default template below. We will use this a starting point.

Default template


  • 1. Address data, see parameter: orderentry -> bookingformaddress.
  • 2. Invoice number, see parameter: Invoicing -> invoiceData: numberTemplate.
  • 3. Customer ID.
  • 4. Customer Address details or Order Address details.
  • 5. Product details.
  • 6. Charge amount details.
