This template is displayed in:
- Frontoffice -> Freight Exchange -> Post Transport
- Backoffice -> Freight Exchange -> Post Trasnport
General description of Transport entry templates
- The transport entry template is used for sending new transport equipment offers to the freight exchange system you are using.
- The same template is also used for modifying an existing transport offer.
Extra functions
- A user has the ability to modify an existing offer from his overview of offers by using the edit-button.
- Depending on the cargoOffice administrator wishes a custom built template can be created.
- Inside a template certain scripts could be created, e.g.:
- specific checks on fields (e.g.: if fields are filled correctly or not).
- certain popup windows could be called with values you can control from your parameter settings.
Specific requests
- It is possible to add/delete specific fieldnames.
- Before contacting your supplier or sending us a request, check the fieldnames you want to add/delete.
- It is also possible to create templates in different languages.
Different templates
- For different types of freight exchange, different kinds of transport entry templates can be created.
- If you like to have a template custom built, have a look to the default template below. We will use this a starting point.
Default template
- This is the default template which most companies are using as a starting point.

- 1. Location and time details.
- 2. Equipment details.
- 3. Specific equipment details.
- 4. Contact details.
Propably more contact information is known (e.g. address details). If desired we can add/delete more contact details.
