Tips for usage

• Use the [Tab] key to jump from one item to the next.
• Use the arrow and calendar buttons to select correct data.
  Correct data means better matching and a greater chance that someone will be notified about your offer.
• For fast data entry you can also use the [Arrow Down] key in stead of using the mouse for clicking the and buttons.

Mandatory items ()

• Place of departure and destination, use the button to select correct country, city and district names.
  
• You can also use state, province, district or department codes. Again, use the button to select the correct code.
• Date available: use the calendar button to select a date or use the button to select either daily, weekly or monthly.
  If the offer is available for several days then select a date and enter the number of days in Days avail..
• Type: Select either FTL (Full Truck Load) or LTL (Less than Truck Load).
• Description: enter a brief description of the goods or use the button to select a standard description.
  a standard description is recommended for automatic matching.
• Company: the code or name of your company.
• Email: your email address.

Other important items

• Num of stops: enter the number of drop-offs here, the default is 1.
• Req.equipment:
  Enter a description for the equipment you require or use the button to select a standard description.
  A standard description is recommended for automatic matching.
  For extra required equipment tick either:

  Crane

  Forklift

  Taillift

• Release:
  
  • To partners: Wait for this number of minutes before releasing this offer to your partners (partners, closed user groups and private exchanges you added to your network).
    You can give individual partners an additional (extra) delay to differentiate between partners and notify some earlier than others.
  • Freecargo: Wait for this number of minutes before releasing this offer to other Freecargo users.
    Entry of 9999 minutes means that the offer is never given free and is only available for partners in your network.

Transport offers

The entry form for transport offers (trucks, vans, trailers etc) is largly the same as the entry form for freight offers.
