Post Freight or Transport offers

1. Choose 'Post Freight' or 'Post Transport' from the main menu:

2. Fill out the entry form. Example:

Tips for usage:

• Use the [Tab] key to jump from one item to the next.
• Use the arrow down button as much as possible to be sure you enter correct data. Correct data means better matching and a greater chance that someone will be notified about your offer.
• Use the calendar button for date selections.
• For faster data entry you can also use the [Arrow Down] key in stead of the and buttons, you don't have to use the mouse then.

Mandatory items (*):

• Country and place of departure and destination (use the button to select).
  
• You can also enter a state, province, district or department code here. Again, use the button to select the correct code.
• Date available: use the calendar button to select a date or use the button to select daily, weekly or monthly.
  If the offer is available for several days then enter the number of days in Days avail..
• Type: Select either FTL (Full Truck Load) or LTL (Less than Truck Load) here.
• Description: enter a brief description for the goods or use the button to select a standard description.
  a standard description is recommended for better matching.
• Company: the code or name of your company.
• Email: your email address.

* Other important items:

• Num of stops: enter the number of drop-offs here, if more than one.
• Req.equipment: enter a description for the equipment you require or use the button to select a standard description.
  a standard description is recommended for better matching.
  tick Crane , Fork-lift or Tail-lift if you require any of this extra equipment.

Partners

Use the Partner Menu on the left side of the screen to zoom in on partners:

Click  - Partners -  to view offers from partners only
Click  - a partner -  to view offers from that particular partner only
Click  - your name -  to view your offers
Click  - Freecargo -  to view all offers, including those of your partners (the default)
Click  - edit -  to enter or remove partners
Click  - help -  for more information on the Partner System

Note: Partner offers will not be visible if the partnership is not mutual, meaning that the other party did not enter you as his partner. In that case you will not see his offers until these offers have become 'free cargo', usually after 15 or 30 minutes (for nice companies) but possibly never (closed user groups and private exchanges).

5. Use the Map to zoom in on certain area's:

• Click an area on the map to zoom in
• The system will automatically search for offers in that area
• Click - zoom out - to zoom out

6. Use the Search Bar on top of the form for a more detailed search:

The Search Bar allows you to:

• Select offers from / to specific countries
• Select specific area's, provinces or states
• Choose certain cities
• Select a radius (range) in kilometers from or to a specific city
• Choose all offers or just partner offers
• Choose for International or Domestic offers
• Choose Freight offers or Transport offers
