Yes, Free Cargo is free of charge and is distributed by an Internet Solution Provider not involved in any distributing of goods.

- can i run my own freight exchange?

Free Cargo is available only for goods transporting companies, not for manifacturers.
Your own password will help you to make a quick selection of your own offers.

Click "Back Office" and go to: Settings -> Frontoffice -> Company Details: click change and modify.
For changing your users details, click "Change password".

xx- i have three dispatchers, can they have their own usercode and password?
Yes, add these people as new users. Go to: Back Office -> Settings -> Users: Add a new user for freight exchange.

xx- do you check the credentials of your users?
Yes, we are doing the best we can. We keep a black list as well.

xx- how do i remove my company from freecargo?
Just tell us. Go to Backoffice -> Settings -> Bug Tracking and send us a report.
If possible tell us the reason why, so we can upgrade our future services.

xx- how can i get help?
Click "Help" in the leftbar, select the item your looking for.
If you can't find an answer, than go to: Backoffice -> Settings -> Bug Tracking and send us a report.

xx- i have a complaint about an other user
If this user is working for one of your partners, try to solve it with your partner contacts.
You are allways free to send us some details about your complaints, go to: Backoffice -> Settings -> Bug Tracking and send us a report.
If necessary we'll contact this particulair user.
